On the Day
One of our team will welcome you to the space and show you how to use the space and what is required to clean the space.

About the Party
Looking for the perfect, exclusive children’s party venue in 8008 Zürich? Our Play Studio Venue pop-up space in Seefled is bright, spacious, and easy to use — designed to make your celebration simple, stylish, and full of fun.
On the Day of Your Event
Our Bazinga Setup Crew will arrive ahead of time to prepare the venue and review every detail of your celebration plan. Your event will unfold seamlessly according to the party package you’ve selected, ensuring a stress-free and sparkling experience.
Every Party Includes:
- Exclusive Party Venue – Enjoy a 2-hour rental at the Play Studio Bazinga's Pop up Venue, including parking and cleanup. Includes 2 private parking spaces outside the venue, plus plenty of guest parking nearby. ( You can add additional hours in when booking if required.)
- Party Space –The open and bright space is 125 sqm and equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, bar area, and seating for adults. The venue comfortably hosts up to 40 kids and 20 adults, offering plenty of room to play and party.
- On the Day – A friendly Bazinga Host will welcome you to the space, Show you your set up and discuss running order to ensure you are comfortable with your amazing party space.
- Welcome Board – Happy Birthday personalised welcome board at the entrance.
- Kids Seating /Tables and Chairs – Kids tables and chairs for all the little guests.
- Jumping Castle - A 4x4m Jumping castle or Ball pond setup if the children are under 4.
- Helium Balloons – 15 x Helium balloons around the space.
- Cake Table - Cake / gift table.
- Clean Up - Leave the space as you found it or add a cleaner to your order.

- Hosting a Disco Party? Plan it for sundown we can dim the lights in the studio for incredible smoke effects.
- Adding a Personal Touch? Bring your own décor or special details — we’ll gladly integrate them into the setup to make your celebration truly one-of-a-kind.

Venue FAQ‘s
All the answers to the frequently asked questions about the Bazinga Parties Seefeld Pop-up Venue.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or holiday dates.
Can I book additional time?
Yes! Extra time can be added for an additional hourly rate when you are in the booking form — subject to availability.
Can I customize the party theme?
Absolutely! You can choose from popular themes like Princess, Superhero, Safari, or Rainbow, or request a custom design.
Is the venue accessible for strollers or wheelchairs?
Yes, the main entrance has stairs but there is a back entrance with a lift for wheelchairs or strollers. Please let us know in advance if you will need access to it.
How many children can attend?
Each of our venue packages includes up to 12 children. In the booking form, you can select the number of children attending — the package price will adjust automatically. We can accommodate groups of 12, 18, or 24 kids.
Can we visit the venue before booking?
Venue viewings are available by appointment — just send us a quick message or email, and we’ll arrange a time that works for you. Please note that the venue operates as a studio during the week, so it may not be set up in full party mode when you visit.
What’s included in the venue hire?
All packages include exclusive use of the space, seating for kids and adults, kitchen, bathroom, coffee machine, a friendly Bazinga Party Host, and full clean-up after the event.
How early can we arrive to set up?
You can arrive 30 minutes before your booked time slot to set up or bring in any personal decorations or food. Your party host will be there to help you with the setup.
Can we bring our own food, cake, or decorations?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own cake and snacks. We also allow light decorations if they don’t damage the walls or surfaces. If you’d prefer, you can also pick a package that includes all the styling and catering for the party.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
We know that plans can change — and that’s okay! You can reschedule your booking up to 14 days before your event at no additional cost (subject to availability of your new preferred date and time).
If you need to reschedule within 14 days of your event, a rescheduling fee of 10% of your total booking amount will apply.
For cancellations, we’ll refund:
- 90% of your booking cost if cancelled 14 days or more before your event
- 50% of your booking cost if cancelled less than 14 days before your event
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you find a new date or arrange a refund where possible.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, the venue rental includes 2 parking space at the venue and there’s additional spaces nearby for all the guests.
