About the Silent Disco Package

On the day of your event, the Bazinga team arrives 30 minutes before start time to get everything set up: lighting, sound equipment, and a quick check-in on any playlist requests you might have. We kick things off with 30 minutes of glow-in-the-dark face-painting to get the party vibe going, followed by high-energy games and endless dancing fun. Planning a birthday party or celebration in Basel? Our Silent Disco brings the excitement of a traditional dance party—with none of the noise. Let’s get the party started!
*We recommend the Silent Disco for ages 5-15 years as the dancing games, face-painting, music and general party atmosphere is better suited for older children.

Book Your Silent Disco
Pick the Silent disco package in the checkout and choose between card or invoice payment. We will check the details and send you the confirmation within a couple of (work) hours.

We Arrive to Setup
For the party we arrive 30 minutes early to set up. It involves some equipment, lights and the smoke machine that needs to be plugged. So please make sure there is an outlet nearby.

Disco Dance the Party Away
We run an action packed Silent disco for 2 hours, with face-painting, on-going party games and upbeat lively music - Including any favorites you pre-request.

Clean and Up and Go
Once the last song is done, we collect all the headsets, clean up and leave behind - a room full of tired and happy little guests.
Top Tip: We recommend holding the Silent Disco at sundown or in a darkened room for the best effects from the lights and smoke machine. With an open window or door available so there is an exit for the smoke. Our equipment requires power outlets - If you are planning the party in an outdoor area - please let us know in advance so we can organize a generator.

Silent disco or regular disco — which is better for kids?
Both are a blast, it just depends on your space. With a silent disco every kid wears a wireless headset, so it works anywhere — apartments, rooftops, parks — without blasting music at the whole building. A regular disco runs through a loudspeaker so everyone hears the same track together, which is great for big open rooms. For parks or shared buildings, silent usually wins: no noise complaints, and nothing to keep the neighbours up.
What’s included?
Headsets for a silent disco (or a loudspeaker for a regular one), a giant foam glow stick for every kid, colourful disco lights, and a pro who runs the dance games and keeps the floor moving from start to finish. Want extras like a fog machine? Just ask.
Can you do it outside or in a park?
Yes — and this is where the silent disco really shines. Because the music plays through the headsets, there’s no loudspeaker, which means no noise complaints and no music permit to chase down. Perfect for parks, gardens and rooftops. Let us know in advance as we will need to organize a battery pack or generator.
What ages does it work for?
Best for ages 5 and up. Littler ones around 3–4 can absolutely join in with a bit of help from a grown-up, and it works right up through the older siblings and tweens too.
Can we choose the music or theme it?
Send us the birthday kid’s playlist or whatever they’ve got on repeat — Taylor Swift, K-pop, you name it — and we’ll build the whole floor around it. Theme the party and we’ll match the vibe.
What do you need from us on the day?
Just a bit of space to dance and a power point nearby for the lights — outdoors we can bring a battery pack. Want a spare headset or two so parents can jump in? Easy to add.
