Where Did Bazinga Parties Originate?
Bazinga Parties was established in Cape Town, South Africa, in the early months of 2015 as a collaborative effort among a team of entertainers. Over recent years, we have expanded our presence to various locations, including the UK, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the US.
Who Comprises the Group of Entertainers?
We engage in the recruitment and training of students within our relevant domains. These individuals undergo an extensive training program covering balloon art, face-painting, and party games. Our preference is to hire staff members who exhibit enthusiasm, energy, and a genuine fondness for working with children. We have achieved significant success with students pursuing fields such as Early Childhood Development, Art, Drama, and Dance. Typically, our entertainers remain with us for a period of 2 to 3 years while pursuing their studies.
How Does the Process of Online Booking Work?
Our entertainers' schedules are synchronized with our online calendars. Upon selecting the "check availability" option for your desired service, the calendar will display open dates and times. Once you've chosen your preferred time slot, proceed to checkout and complete your payment using credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. An automated receipt will be generated, and closer to your party date, you will receive a reminder containing the entertainer's contact details, sent 3 to 4 days beforehand.
What is the Recommended Booking Lead Time?
To ensure a seamless experience, we advise making reservations at least three weeks in advance. Bazinga Parties is a highly sought-after service provider, especially during peak seasons, often resulting in full bookings 3 to 4 weeks ahead of time.
What if Online Payment is Not Feasible?
Should online payment pose any issues, please utilize the contact form provided on this page to reach out to us. Share your party specifics, and we will furnish you with an invoice for a bank transfer.
How Can I Manage Party Cancellations?
Payments made for parties and events are fully refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date. In the event that you need to cancel within 14 days of your booking, we will strive to accommodate a rescheduling or issue a refund, deducting a nominal £25 booking fee.
What are my Options if I am Not Happy with the Service?
Our commitment is to deliver outstanding party experiences; however, certain unforeseen circumstances like traffic, adverse weather, or accidents may impact the event. Following the party, we encourage our clients to review our services. Should any aspect prove unsatisfactory, we arrange a discussion to address and rectify the concerns.
