How The Party Runs
On the day of your special event your entertainer will arrive 10 minutes prior to your start time to discuss the running of the party with you, and to set up for the entertainment. We start the Active Party off with 60 minutes of balloon sculpting or face-painting and end with 30 minutes of party games or if your booking is for a combination of Balloon Art and Face-painting we evenly divide the time between the 2 activities. when booking please keep in mind that we recommend our games for children over the ages of 5 as they involve following instructions which are sometimes difficult for younger kids.
In 90 minutes our entertainers can provide entertainment for up to 18 children, if your party is for a larger amount of kids we suggest you book additional time or entertainers to make certain we can get to them all.
*Although we do our very best to get all children involved in all of the activities at the party, there are occasions beyond our control when some children don't want to take part in some of the entertainment.

*The T’s & C’s: Need to cancel your event? If you cancel more then 2 weeks prior to your event date we refund at 95% (To cover our card / bank fees). If cancellations occur less than 14 days prior to your event we refund at 75%. Cancellations due to CoVid are offered an option to rebook a new date free of charge.
